Lloyd Williams is the co-founder and chief operating officer of Carefluence, a health tech company specializing in interoperability and telehealth solutions. With nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare technology and over three decades in the tech industry, he has led innovations across EHRs, telemedicine, and standards-based interoperability.
Lloyd played a key role in making Carefluence the first FHIR-based OpenAPI certified by the ONC in 2016. Under his leadership, the company has delivered real-world interoperability solutions for hospitals, telemedicine platforms, and remote patient monitoring systems worldwide.
